Supertrendy hostel

The location is perfect. It's naar a square where there are lots of fun activities. Sitting outside of the hostel gives you a perfect view from a distance. The staff is friendly snd gives you all the help you need about activities and further travelling.

Great - thanks so much to the kind and attentive staff!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, this really made the trip. Bed was huge and so comfortable. AC worked great and cold shower didn’t bother me at all.

Only thing to say is it’s near a busy road, if you’re a light sleeper don’t choose one of the rooms with a street facing balcony.

Great staff and super helpful in a prime location.

The staff is super helpful with everything. And really flexible for me. The nice rooms with balconies were a bit too loud for me for the last night where I had to get up early , and I could easily change the room to a quiet one which is interior. Also, it is super central, has a nice breakfast and a very cool vibe.

Recover from a hot Cartagena day on the rooftop

The property has a wonderful rooftop with view on the sea and the castle. You can enjoy this view from the jacuzzi! The room has AC and is cleaned evey day. You have clean towels, shower equipments, everything you need. Variated Breakfast with fruits, eggs, coffee and juice. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Just one small thing for the receptionist: check your sources before you make a recommendation for a tour agency. We were disappointed by the tour with global experiences tours. However when we mentioned our bad experience they apologized profusely and offered us a free beer.

The night staff was super helpful and friendly, we appreciated all of the recommendations. Getsemani is such a beautiful and artsy neighborhood, we are so glad to have stayed there. Great location, super comfortable bed, very clean, and there´s AC!

The staff and owner were super helpful with all our travel arrangements/complications. Also very welcoming. I can’t thank them enough.

This hotel was on a busy road, and traffic noise could be intrusive at times.

Great views and clean rooms in walking distance to Getsemani

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very centrally located in Getsemani, it took us 2 min to walk to Plaza de la Trinidad. Sadly we didn´t have the time to enjoy the hot tub on the patio but the views were fantastic.

very helpful staff, great service! breakfast was good, the terrace was a plus! great location in Getsemani.

room given did not match description or photo on the booking but the staff was quick to find another one for us. The water pressure was very low.

good location, perfect to walk inside the walled city as well as to the Castillo. very friendly and helpful staff. solid breakfast.

During the middle of our last night there was a tourist from Vienna, Austria, arriving (seemed spontaneously). He did encounter the owner of the hotel and was screaming around really loud and totally inappropriate inside the echoing patio how nice the place was in a mix of Austrian-German, English and 1-2 Spanish phrases (wow! beautiful! Meine Fresse! Mi casa es su casa!). His loud speak went on for hours. One could understand every word because of him being so loud and disrespectful to all guests who were trying to sleep. The owner should have stopped him.
